I’m a Business Psychologist and Executive Coach specialising in leadership development. I’m particularly passionate about resilience and psychological wellbeing, helping people to manage workplace demands and support high performance in a healthy, sustainable way.
Having worked as a Communications Director, I decided to take a leap seven years ago to feed my deep interest in human behaviour and undertake a Masters in Occupational Psychology. I’ve since been fortunate enough to work with experts in the fields of personality psychology, emotional intelligence, resilience and wellbeing. I’m a certified coach as well as a practitioner and trainer in a number of psychometric tools including the Hogan Assessments, EQi2.0/360 and Wraw (Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing), which I was heavily involved in developing. Using these and other evidence-based tools, I work with leaders, managers and employees to develop strategies to support their performance and wellbeing.
I have experience coaching, consulting and delivering workshops in a broad range of organisations, from large multinationals to fast-moving start-ups, as well as public sector and not-for-profit organisations. I love bringing my corporate, psychology and coaching experience together to support individuals across organisations.
